3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank/payment provider).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered if the item you received was defective, damaged, or the wrong product.
